What does an artist do for a hobby? Other kinds of art of course! I have been hooking rugs for a long time now and I've moved it up on the list from hobby to obsession! The colors, textures and tactile nature of creating with fibers is loose and less rigid and a little messy, which is so different from my detailed drawings!
